Charles H. Jenkins was one of Eastern Carolina's largest automobile dealers. He first started at Aulander, N.C., in 1916, and increased his territory a number of outlets, serving approximately 250,000 people. He directly and indirectly employed a total of 46 people. The Jenkins Oldsmobile Company was the local Olds, Cadillac, LaSalle sales and service. |
